The house is very spacious and is rented in its entirety, ideal for holidays for groups of friends or families of up to 14 people, where you can relax in a calm and tranquil environment, next to the Roche Pine Forests and 900 meters from Cala del Aceite, and close to the leisure and entertainment spots of Conil. The house has three areas. The main area consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms with double beds. On the upper level of this area is an apartment with one bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom. On the sides forming the U-shape, there are two identical apartments, each with its own kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed, and a living room that has been converted into a bedroom. In the central area, between the three areas, there is a garden that provides access to the private pool, and also the barbecue area. At the rear of each area, there is a separate garden for each. In summary, the villa has 8 rooms, 7 of which are bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, 3 kitchens, a huge solarium terrace, a central garden with a barbecue that gives access to the private pool, 3 individual rear gardens, all on a plot of 760 m2 with a built area of 250 m2. As the villa is rented in its entirety, guests can use all the services and areas it offers. Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms, one for the users of each bedroom. Kitchen-diner Living room with TV. Covered porch: At the rear of the house, next to the garden area. B) SUN APARTMENT Independent apartment on the second floor of the house, accessible from the central patio stairs, for 2 people. Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90 cm) for 2 people. Bathroom: 1 full bathroom. Large solarium terrace. C) SEA APARTMENT Independent apartment for 4 people comprising: Bedroom 4: 1 double bed (160 cm) for 2 people. Bedroom 5: 2 single beds (90 cm) for 2 people. Kitchen Bathroom: 1 full bathroom, which is fully adapted for use by people with reduced mobility and especially wheelchair users, with accessibility to the shower and all toilets. Covered porch: At the rear of the house, next to the garden area. D) EARTH APARTMENT Independent apartment for 4 people comprising: Bedroom 6: 1 double bed (160 cm) for 2 people. Bedroom 7: 2 single beds (90 cm) for 2 people. Kitchen Bathroom: 1 full bathroom Covered porch: At the rear of the house, next to the garden area. OUTDOOR AREAS ON THE PLOT A) CENTRAL PATIO This is the most important area of the entire accommodation, as it is the communal meeting place for all members of the group. It houses the barbecue and the gazebo or dining area for the group. Access to the pool is also from this patio. B) PRIVATE POOL The pool has the advantage of being separate, as it is located in an enclosed area with a latching gate for the safety of young children, preventing them from entering accidentally. C) GARDEN AREA At the rear of the house, there is a spacious lawn area with a beautiful perimeter garden. D) PARKING The villa has 4 parking spaces, 2 of which are within the plot accessed by a separate gate, and the other 2 spaces, which are also for the exclusive use of the house, are located in front of the pedestrian entrance gate to the property. SURROUNDINGS The villa is located in the Dehesa de Roche, behind Venta del Cabo Roche, on the Carretera del Puerto, 900 meters from Cala del Aceite beach, which can be reached safely on foot from the villa. It is 1.5 km from the marina and fishing port with its fish market, 2 km from the lighthouse and the Roche cliffs, where its beautiful coves are located, which are also within walking distance, and about 5 km from the center of Conil de la Frontera. Cádiz is about 35 km away via motorway. The surroundings of the villa are spectacular, being located next to the beautiful Mediterranean pine forest. Conil de la Frontera is a beautiful fishing village bathed by the waters of the Strait, surrounded by pine forests and bright skies. With excellent tourist value, it offers over 14 kilometers of coastline, alternating beautiful white sandy beaches with secluded coves and majestic cliffs, constituting one of the most beautiful coastlines in Andalusia. Added to this is the charm of the complete absence of buildings on its shores, which has led to its preservation in a pristine state. Its charming old town is situated on the slope of a hill, at an altitude of 31 meters, at the mouth of the Salado River. Its whitewashed houses and charming narrow streets gently slide towards the coast, inviting you to get lost in its nooks and crannies to discover the treasures hidden in this town with a seafaring flavor. For all these reasons, the coast of Conil is a true paradise. To the south, it has extensive virgin beaches of fine golden sand. To the north, majestic cliffs of great beauty, containing a precious geological treasure, interesting fossils millions of years old. The cliffs begin at Fuente del Gallo beach and extend to the neighboring town of Chiclana de la Frontera. During the day, you can enjoy the impressive spectacle of the fabulous waters of the Strait of Gibraltar and glimpse the African coast. From the Fuente del Gallo viewpoint facing the Strait, it is a symbolic bridge connecting our two continents, Europe and Africa. At sunset, from this viewpoint and from other places in Conil, you can witness an unforgettable sunset. As the spectacular colors of dusk fade, the beams of light from the Trafalgar, Roche, and Tangier-Cape Spartel lighthouses appear on the horizon, on the other side of the Strait, turning the moment into a luminous embrace between the two shores, a unique experience, full of beauty and emotion. ACTIVITIES In Conil and its surroundings, all kinds of sports activities can be enjoyed, from hiking, cycling, or horseback riding on its countless routes, to all types of water sports; in the water such as swimming; on the water such as sailing, motorboating, water skiing, surfing in its various forms; and underwater such as diving. Conil is also an artisan town, where Cadiz pottery has developed, along with the artistic creativity of new ceramists, and where wicker, esparto grass, and rush crafts have been worked since time immemorial. Typical local products that can be purchased include canned tuna and melva from almadraba fishing, mackerel, octopus, tuna roe from almadraba fishing, cured fish such as mojama and tuna roe, products derived from beekeeping, such as honey, pollen, etc., or the delicious pine nuts from the area. You can also find excellent virgin olive oils, wines from various parts of the province, and exquisite cheeses. From Conil, and traveling just a few kilometers, you can visit natural spaces of great ecological value such as the Sierra de Grazalema and Los Alcornocales Natural Parks, the Breña Natural Park, the Barbate Marshes, or the Bay of Cadiz Natural Park. Another option for enjoying the outdoors and tranquility is to take the Route of the White Villages, with the opportunity to admire the beautiful sight of their immaculate houses. Conil has become a first-class tourist destination, thanks to its charm, its diverse natural environment between beaches, pine forests, and cliffs, and its gastronomy which combines seafood and garden produce, exquisite pork products, and delicious retinto beef, all paired with the increasingly sought-after wines from the Tierra de Cádiz, served in the numerous high-quality catering establishments found in and around Conil. Monumental cities and those rich in heritage are also within easy reach for tourists due to the good existing transport links. Cadiz, the provincial capital, with its interesting and charming old town surrounded by the sea; Jerez, the birthplace of the Carthusian horse and the finest wines, are only 30 minutes away; Seville, only an hour and a quarter away, while Ronda can be reached in an hour and a half. HOW TO GET AROUND AND ARRIVE The area is well-connected by public transport, from local services to regional and metropolitan transport by bus. There is also a good fleet of auto-taxis. Two vehicles can be parked within the villa, and another two in front of the access gate to the property, as this land forms part of the plot. The closest airports to Conil are Jerez de la Frontera at 60 km, Gibraltar at about 80 km, and Seville at 140 km. From all of them, you can reach Conil in approximately 40 to 75 minutes by motorway. From the airport to Conil, simply follow the motorway signs. Once in the town, you need to take the Carretera del Puerto or Muelle road until you reach kilometer 2.8, where you will find Venta del Cabo Roche. From there, the villa is about 300 meters away. You should follow this path, perpendicular to the one you were on, until you reach Carril de Pilaíto, which it crosses, and which skirts the forest. You should then turn right, and about 30 meters further on, you will find the villa "El Castillo" at the corner, followed by villa "El Molino", and the next one is our destination, "La Hacienda Campo de Borja".
